Feeling my way into what feels good, and out of what does not.

Over the last several weeks, I reconnected to my intuition. The conversations with the Universe.
The messages from animals.

The majority of my life here in Sweden has felt uncomfortable and challenging. I haven’t been connected to my intuition, but instead have pushed through, convincing myself: it’s supposed to be hard. You’re building a business in a foreign country during a pandemic. Suck it up. Hustle. Grind.

Because that’s what we do, we believe that it isn’t supposed to be easy.

And yesterday, for perhaps the first time in Sweden, I felt my intuition. I was asked to coach a class, said yes, and my entire day was ruined. I could feel in my body, this was a hard NO.

I haven’t been interested in coaching group classes for a while because they are exhausting and I have more important work to do. But part of me felt like I needed to spend my last weeks here doing that.

Well, that was a nice idea. But… nope.

And again, today I messaged someone about meeting. Again, this heavy sick feeling came over me. This person isn’t good for me.

I find it absolutely fascinating. Because both this kind of work and this relationship have consumed a significant amount of time and energy from my life here. And these uncomfortable pangs of intuitive hits are exactly how they’ve made me feel…. But all the time.

It’s no wonder I’ve struggled so hard in this country, when the majority of my life has been forcing myself against intuition, living in misalignment.

And so, I declare, no more. No more wasted time out of obligation or urban duty or being polite. When your learn the language you sure as hell better listen when it speaks.

Feeing in to what feels good for the next five weeks. It doesn’t have to feel good tomorrow or next week. It’s just about what feels good today, and allowing it to change as time unfolds.

The PANTHEON 🌙

A mastermind for the incredible goddesses in my life.

A supportive space for empowering each other to discuss topics ranging from sensuality, power dynamics & n•dity; to creativity, self-care, and leadership.

A group of leaders embracing strength co-existing with vulnerability.

Living life as an example of the divine feminine.

The last couple of months have created the space for me to reflect on countless areas of my life, and one of those areas is my relationships. With an international move coming up, I’ve been thinking about who I want to stay in touch with, and the fact that I’m not very good at staying in touch with friends.

My solution: to gather my favourite women together for regular zoom calls. Which soon evolved into the idea to create a mastermind of the most powerful female figures in my life.

Within the depths of my thoughts, I realised that I am overpowered with masculine energy. Even though I’ve been acknowledged and celebrated for “redefining strength and vulnerability,” the masculine is easier to lean into, and I find myself desiring more softening into the feminine.

And yet, 100% of my clients are men, and my work within the fitness and military communities is dominated by men.

And so, The Pantheon.

My solution. Create what you wish existed in the world. ⚡️

“Redefining the co-existence of strength and vulnerability.”

That’s how my date described me during a workshop this weekend, where we sat in a group, turned to each person, and asked,

“How do you see me?”

The intention was to absorb the wonderful ways others see you, and step away from any negative narratives you hold around yourself.

It’s easy to get stuck in limitations and negative self talk; instead, how would you show up in your life if you embodied the way others saw you?

A beautiful experience that has opened a thousand doors, and hey - if you want to elevate your dating experience, inviting your date (🙋🏼‍♀️) to a self development workshop is one way to go. 🤣

And so… redefining strength and vulnerability.

2022 is about connection, and I need more divine feminine in my life. So I’m starting a weekly Women’s Group.

Not rooted in toxic feminism, but instead intended to be a creative, immersive, and safe space to support each other in discussing challenges, ideas, celebrations, business, creativity - all while elevating each other’s divine feminine and sensuality. 🔥

Mmmmm… 🤤 Are you in?

They say to create what you are craving, and in order to stay connected with the powerful women in my life, I’ve found I need consistency and structure to maintain communication. And what better way than to empower and support each other in a group environment?

Because… 95% of my life is male-dominant. Always the lone female in male dominant companies, and with 100% male clients.

It’s time to bring more sensually empowered badass women into my life.

2022 is the year of reclaiming the wild woman. S

2022 is the year of reclaiming the wild woman.

Something like that. In the new ritual thanks to a friend to “name the year,” I’m still searching for the right words. Words that will send electricity up my spine and goosebumps across my skin.

They will come when they are meant to.

I made a promise to myself that this year will be different. And so far, I’m keeping that promise to myself.

Five weeks ago, I set off on a journey, and I asked for my life to change. Five weeks later, and life is unfolding in completely unexpected ways that are leaving me with pleasant surprises almost every day.

For a long time my @costarastrology horoscope has said something along the lines of, “you’ll have to do something you’ve never done before.” I didn’t really… get it.

But right now, I’m living it.

I’m leaning into trusting the Universe harder than I ever have before. Trust has not been my strong point, and I’ve been out of communication with the Universe for far too long.

But here we are. Trusting. Asking for guidance. Taking leaps without having a plan.

Oooh yes, the trust is different, and and so is the plan. I always have a path laid out before me. I know what’s coming, at least to a certain extent. I have work lined up, housing, whatever else.

But this time I’ve been asked to take a leap without having any idea what will happen next. Instead of seeing down the path, I can only see life one step at a time.

So in this sense… trust is a must.

So here I write. Dedicated to an explosive year, engaged with living as life unfolds around me.

I don’t know what’s next, and I’m suspended mid-leap… but this is where living happens.

Life is too short to stay in a life that doesn’t light you up. Live it wisely.

You’re walking down a path - easy, familiar, saf

You’re walking down a path - easy, familiar, safe. The woods feel like home; you know them.

The trees that are warm and welcoming, enveloping you in an embrace as fresh air fills your lungs, and birdsong dances overhead.

The sun filters through the branches, landing as golden kisses that warm your skin.

With each step, your foot feels grounded and stable, fully supported by the earth beneath you.

You are home. You are safe.

Suddenly, you look up to see that the path has led to a fork.

To one side, the trail continues as you know it. You see it carry on into the distance, far into the horizon. The terrain is the same. It feels familiar… even, predictable.

Continue down this path, and nothing much will come as a surprise.

Turning to the other side of the fork, you can see the terrain change. The land is rugged, and large boulders cause the path to rise and fall, twist and turn - all shrouded beneath a dark canopy.

The sun struggles to break through the thick leaves, and the path quickly bends away out of sight.

There is no horizon line to follow. Wherever the horizon, it’s miles, kilometres, chapters away.

The future here is unknown and the path is anything but familiar. Doused in mystery, unknown dangers my lie in wait - but so too may unimaginable surprises.

The fork is a choice.

Do you choose safety or do you choose to take a risk?

Once you have made your choice, do you find that your decision is rooted in courage, or in fear?

The choice is obvious when you tune into your heart, even if the heart does not abide by logic, reason, or calculations.

With the first step, your footing slips over unstable stones, but you catch yourself. You feel your heart beat heavily in your chest, and you remember what it feels like to be alive.

The path may be unknown, but it is a path that reminds you that you can catch yourself when you fall, and with every slip - you will build confidence in the trust you have with yourself.

And so, what will you choose?

"Do you prefer shooting men or women?" he asked as we wrapped up our sessions and wandered through the woods, with rain falling on our skin.

Hmm. I had to think for a moment.

Because my answer for so long had been "women." The curves, the aesthetics of the female form. For so long, I didn't see the same level of grace and beauty in the male form.

But coming out of the forest, I was thrilled with the outcome of these photos, feeling they were the best yet.

A subtle celebration of human strength and muscular physique.

I realized that at this point, male or female doesn't matter. A very specific physique matters, yes. But also - a level of confidence.

Because when your clothes come off in the woods and you're playing and making shapes with your body, that's what I capture.

Your confidence, the comfort in your own skin. Your light-hearted ability to feel awkward in your body and laugh at yourself. To accept your wholeness as a naked human in all your beauty.

Naked in nature, exactly as we were meant to be.

So, man or woman. It doesn't matter, as long as when your clothes come off, you're wearing your confidence with an appropriate dosage of humility.
